Exchange & Return Policy

At Aromas de Jabón, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and devices made with safe, natural ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our merchandise, we adhere to strict health and safety regulations to protect our customers.

• Exchanges are permitted only within 14 calendar days of delivery, and only under strict qualifying conditions outlined below.
• We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
   

To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following criteria must be met:

1. The request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
    
2. The product must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging.
    
3. The product must be:
    
   • Damaged upon arrival,
      
   • Incorrect (wrong item shipped),
      
   • Or deemed defective upon first inspection.
      

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these requirements. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used skincare products, soaps, or serums
   
• Gift cards or promotional items

You must include:

• Your full name and order number
   
• A detailed description of the issue
   
• Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, if applicable
   

Upon approval, we will provide further instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a shipping error or defective item.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
   
• For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
   

If you completed your order using Affirm, the terms of your financing agreement still apply. We are not responsible for any fees, interest, or payments related to your Affirm account. Exchanges do not pause or cancel Affirm payment obligations.
